Owner needed an efficient design for their gene biologics plant within an existing building with limited space for air handlers and mechanical equipment.
Our Approach & Solution
Owner suggested installing roof dunnage. New steel column extensions were installed to support roof dunnage for mechanical equipment serving 7,000sf. of upstream, downstream, inoculum, ultracentrifuge, and filling operations.
