Challenge from the Client
Our client was looking for a new site for their 2000L scale gene therapy manufacturing facility in a very saturated real estate market.
Our Approach & Solution
In a matter of hours/days, IPS created a facility template that could be applied to each site and could flex vertically and horizontally to accommodate varying building geometry. Additionally, IPS develop a greenfield option, all done using 3D technology so that the users could envision the fit into their new home.
The Results
Our customer was able to distill the options down to 2 or 3 in order to utilize the driving commercial requirements and location to make a final decision.
