Joe brings more than 30 years of experience in the engineering, design, installation, and commissioning of processing systems for the biotech, pharmaceutical, blood fractionation, animal health, food, dairy, beverage, consumer products, and nutraceutical industries. He has extensive experience in the areas of process design, process utilities, automation, process control, instrumentation, and equipment applications. As an experienced application engineer preparing designs spanning multiple industries, each with their own economic drivers, Joe has become a master in applying similar designs over multiple industries. Joe has designed batch, fed-batch, and continuous sterilizing systems utilizing plate, tubular, high pressure tubular and spiral plate heat treatment technology for the dairy, beverage, fermentation, and food industries. In addition, Joe has managed multiple projects and has functioned as a project manager, lead equipment, and a lead process engineer.
