Thomas has extensive experience designing regulatory compliant driven projects including aseptic fill finish and biological production facilities. He also has pharmaceutical experience in oral solid dosage, high containment potent handling facilities, central plant, and infrastructure upgrades. Specific expertise is in designing technically complex and challenging potent (OEL Band 3 and higher) and BSL-3 handling facilities. 

He has over 20 years of HVAC experience including a variety of pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing facilities, pilot plants, research laboratories, healthcare, industrial, and commercial projects.  

He has well-rounded experience in all aspects of project execution including project lead engineer, project management, and construction administration.
