Dushy has over 20 years of experience in the biopharma industry both in operations and engineering design of GxP facilities. He has experience in manufacturing operations and processes, facility and equipment design, bioprocess improvement and optimization, commissioning and qualification including FAT and SAT, equipment and facility start-up, and process validation. His expertise covers a broad spectrum of areas including bacterial fermentation, upstream processing, downstream purification, aseptic operations, buffer and media preparation, washing and sterilizing operations including CIP and SIP, waste handling systems, material and final product handling and storage, biosafety and biocontainment, and single-use systems. Having previously held leadership roles in operations and process engineering, Dushy has developed a keen sense of and appreciation for user requirements that are essential to meet safety standards and regulatory compliance while not compromising ease of operation and maintenance. He has a proven track record of providing innovative engineering solutions.
