Bill has over 20 years of EPCMV experience with a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He is well-versed in all phases of projects from inception through closeout, including design, preconstruction, procurement, construction, and CQV for both small and large capital projects ranging to $1B.
Bill is responsible for leading our preconstruction and project controls teams. Throughout Bill’s tenure at IPS, he has worn many hats, from project manager to site director, and regularly engages with all teams to ensure effective collaboration throughout the various groups within IPS, with clients and trade partners.
