We have completed more than $2 billion of in-place technically based construction in the United States and Puerto Rico alone, ranging from major master-planned expansions to small-scale research, food, beverage, healthcare or manufacturing renovations.

In addition, our experience in both design/engineering and construction gives us significant insight into project team dynamics and workflows from all perspectives, so we are particularly adept at aligning objectives and practices among all team members. From the start of construction to start-up and commissioning through project close-out, we keep a tight rein on schedules and budgets, and our construction management team uses lean tools and techniques to reduce waste and build value at every opportunity.

From establishing the bridge to predesign to procurement through construction and occupancy, our team has the experience to coordinate multiple concurrent activities.
