Sean has over twenty years of supply chain management and program management expertise across multiple industries with diverse strategies based on business and client goals. His primary responsibility is to provide collaborative leadership for program management to help achieve client business goals. This includes the supply chain strategy development, deployment, process engineering, and portfolio optimization.

During his career, Sean has successfully implemented tactical procurement, category management, and strategic sourcing initiatives. He has implemented supplier diversity programs to standardize the identification of SBA and MWVBE certified contractors, to improve contract compliance with client diversity requirements. In addition, he has developed best practices based on industry benchmarks, regulatory compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and auditing procedures, and other client specific requirements.
