Paul is a goal-oriented technical leader with over 18 years of experience in process automation in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and power industries. He has experience in conceptual and detailed designs of oral solid dosage, sterile filling, and biotech facilities. Paul has developed a working knowledge of CIP systems, vial and syringe filling lines, formulation equipment, spray dryers as well as fermentors and bioreactors.
At IPS, Paul is responsible for the design of process control systems, their integration with existing corporate control systems, their integration of skid-based control systems from CIP skids, to filling lines, to single-use process systems, and the creation of engineering/construction documentation. He directs the process automation teams out of Blue Bell and Kansas City while giving input and oversight for projects out of many of IPS’ offices. These teams have extensive process automation experience which Paul uses to solve IPS’ clients’ needs.
