Pat is Senior Regional Director for IPS’ New Jersey regional office. In that role, Pat supports day-to-day business operations, oversight of professional services, and regional business development activities. IPS’ New Jersey regional office focuses on clients in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
Pat has over 30 years of experience in the design of pharmaceutical, commercial, retail, industrial and governmental facilities. His responsibilities have included engineering and architectural management from design concept through the final construction, as well as the administration of construction activities.
Over the past decade, Pat has been responsible for the overall engineering and architectural designs and project management for over ninety projects with a total construction value of approximately $250M. This included electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, refrigeration, structural, civil, geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, validation, commissioning, and architectural services. The projects included pharmaceutical intermediate production facilities, pilot plant facilities, 12,000 scfm compressed air plant, chilled water plants, hazardous storage facilities, site-wide fire alarm system upgrades, security control facilities, and data center critical systems.
In 2004, Pat was awarded an AIA/COTE Top Ten Green Projects Award for his involvement, as engineering project manager, with the Greyston Bakery project in Yonkers, New York.
