IPS announces the appointment of Mr. Vijayanand Kotkar as CEO of their Indian subsidiary, IPS-Mehtalia. Mr. Kotkar is a well-known figure in India and brings over thirty (30) years of experience, running business operations and delivering capital projects in various countries for many of the world’s leading companies.
Mr. Kotkar brings vast experience in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) industry. He joins IPS-Mehtalia from one of the largest global engineering organizations where he held a senior leadership position and managed one of their strategic global accounts. In the role of account manager for one of the top Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in the world, Mr. Kotkar successfully delivered more than 100 projects across 20 countries. He has also held high level management positions at several prominent Indian Pharmaceutical companies. The combination of his management and EPC project delivery experience in an Owner’s organization, as well as in a large global professional services firm, gives him a unique and robust perspective to providing engineering and construction services to the industry. He also adds a strategic, analytical, and flexible approach to leading business operations. A large organization like IPS-Mehtalia will benefit from his experience, leadership, and operational management skills.
