Vijay has an all-around experience of over three decades as a client, project manager, EPC service provider and Business Unit Leader consultant in the area of pharmaceuticals (API, formulations, research and development centers, animal health) food and beverage, dairy, breweries FMCG, and the consumer product industry. Vijay is responsible for bringing about change in the overall governance in IPSM by streamlining the operations from a person-centric to a system-centric project management; to ensure end-to-end predictable delivery to the client.

He is majorly contributing in redefining and resetting goals for project management, project engineering, and business development functions. He is growing IPS' Indian operations, apart from the pharmaceutical sector to other related sectors like specialty chemicals, FMCG, and the food and beverage industrial sector which is fast-growing in the Indian market. His aim is to develop the Indian operations to a "High Value - Low Cost" center to grow IPS operations globally.
