Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, February 10, 2022 – IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) services, announces the appointment of renowned construction executive, David Seavers, as Regional Construction Management Operations Director. Mr. Seavers will support the Northeast region from IPS’ Somerset, New Jersey, office.
Mr. Seavers brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has managed construction and held the role of project executive on multiple technically complex and mission critical projects of varying scale and cost. Mr. Seavers’ experience is robust and includes being the direct point of contact for owners and architectural/engineering (A/E) firms, coordinating the design team’s program, and managing field operations. He has the strategic mindset to oversee large projects and dives into details to ensure success.

In his position, Mr. Seavers becomes a key member of IPS’ regional leadership team and supports the regional business unit leaders in identifying the best resources for project success. He will oversee the activities of field operations personnel on all Northeast Region based projects. In addition, he will provide guidance to project delivery teams in the development of construction execution plans and works closely with the virtual design and construction (VDC), preconstruction, and estimating teams to develop project budgets and lean workflow production plans.
