Dave’s primary focus is to develop strategic directions for short and long-term sustainable growth of various business units under IPS Enterprise, including IPS Life Sciences Business, Linesight, and new businesses like Advance Technology. Dave also serves as the primary interface with Berkshire Hathaway and the Board.
Dave has been the catalyst for the 20x growth of IPS since he took on the role of Chief Executive Officer for IPS in 2007. He is recognized for building IPS’ strong brand and overall leadership, resulting in IPS being a part of Berkshire Hathaway.
Dave has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the life science industry. He is a registered engineer involved with many industry-specific associations. He has been published in many industry and trade publications and has presented in several international organizations and associations. He is a globally recognized leader in the industry and was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year in 2018.
