Mr. Asuncion has over 20 years of experience in industrial engineering focusing on supply chain, logistics and warehouse design. Alan has managed multiple greenfield and brownfield projects including setting-up various storage space, fulfillment and distribution centers. Alan has developed process improvement plans, and optimized efficiency in multi-warehouse operation environments.
