Mr. Swanson has over 10 years of experience as a process engineer. At IPS, his role has been focused on process and facility design for cell and gene therapy projects. He has helped clients navigate the complicated issues that surround gene and cell therapy projects such as multi-product segregation, small batch size, operator safety, manual manipulations, biosafety levels, and the need for future flexibility. While his focus is on cell and gene therapy, Dan has worked on projects of all sizes across the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. His diverse background lends itself to project coordination and an emphasis on value-added design.

Mr. Swartz has over 25 years of experience in packaging machine design, engineering, equipment commissioning and integration, project management and validation/quality assurance within GMP and OEM environments. Kevin has managed and led multi-million dollar cross-functional projects to successful completion. His demonstrated skills in change management and proven leadership, with the ability to reduce cost and complexity, motivate team members, and influence and gain support from peers through executive level management, have made him a valuable asset on all projects.

Mr.Todorov has over 10 years of industry experience with early to late stage process development programs, contributing to IND-enabling studies, supporting external partnerships and consulting in the cell therapy and AAV gene therapy space. He owned strategic leadership for developing novel AAV manufacturing and analytical platforms through the evaluation of new technologies and continuous process improvement projects. George developed and implemented AAV process scale-up for transient expression systems in mammalian cells, leveraging DOE yield optimization studies. His hands-on and consulting experience includes designing and coordinating laboratory expansions and GMP facilities for various cell therapy and AAV process scale-up operations. George is a meticulous, curious, and data-driven leader focused on empowering and developing teams and organizations. He has trained and managed technical staff in AAV process development and production spanning cell thaw to final formulation.
