Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, November 13, 2020 – IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) services, announces the appointment of Jerry Guillorn as the Director of Business Development in their Project Delivery division. Mr. Guillorn will support IPS’ plan to grow its construction management and integrated project delivery services by building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients. He will be based in IPS’ Somerset, New Jersey, office located in the northeast region but will support across all Americas regions.

Mr. Guillorn brings to IPS 30 years of experience in the life science industry, providing clients with consulting and professional services. His work focuses on biotech, pharmaceutical, start-up/early phase, and CDMO clients by providing targeted solutions to achieve or exceed their capital project and project/program management initiatives, whether in vaccines, biologics, advanced therapies, biosimilars, small molecules, or APIs. Projects have ranged from small renovations to major site expansions, GXP research, CGMP Manufacturing, and support facilities.

With his previous experience with regional and global AEC companies, construction organizations, and consulting companies, Mr. Guillorn has developed relationships with many senior-level decision-makers and influencers within the industry. He has successfully sold work throughout the US and many European, Latin American, and Asian countries. He looks forward to supporting them again as clients of IPS.

Outside of IPS, Mr. Guillorn is the President of Guillorn Leadership Group, LLC. He uses his skills as a certified Executive Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner to be a go-to resource to help providers in the life science industry.

When he is not working, Mr. Guillorn enjoys traveling, attending concerts and live music events, spending time with his family and grandchildren, playing golf, and doing other outdoor activities.
