Peter Higgins – IPS EMEA Managing Director

Peter Higgins, previously the Senior Director for IPS in Ireland, has been instrumental in driving exceptional growth and performance in the region. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Peter has held senior positions in Operations and Capital Projects planning, design, and engineering, contributing significantly to the success of IPS.

Throughout his career, Peter has demonstrated a profound expertise in project execution, transitioning seamlessly into operations with a deep understanding of engineering to validation requirements. His leadership has been pivotal in establishing IPS EMEA as a leader in the Life Science Sector, delivering comprehensive solutions across the full project lifecycle to a diverse client base.

His extensive project portfolio spans across many blue-chip life science clients. Peter's involvement in projects like the design of a large-scale single-use Biotechnology campus in Dundalk, Ireland, a modular iCON project in Germany and a BSL2 Vaccines facility in the Netherlands, highlights his global expertise and versatile project management skills.

Peter's promotion to Managing Director is a testament to his outstanding leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence. Under his direction, IPS is poised to further strengthen its presence in the EMEA region, delivering cutting-edge solutions and driving innovation in our project delivery.

Ian Pearey – IPS EMEA Head of Operations
