Toronto, Ontario, January 17, 2022 – IPS-Integrated Project Services, ULC, a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) services, announces the expansion of its human resources and talent acquisition team as the organization grows its Canadian presence. Anton Knezovic will take on the role of Human Resources Director for Canadian operations, and Georgeta Suta will serve as Talent Acquisition Lead. Both bring years of experience in human resource management and talent acquisition for the EPCMV and life sciences industries to IPS' Canadian region.

IPS has had a presence in Canada for nearly a decade. With the appointment of Paula Casalino as VP-Canada Operations in 2017, IPS has grown substantially to include a workforce of approximately 70 employees located in Toronto, Ontario; Vancouver, British Columbia; Montréal, Québec; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; and Halifax, Nova Scotia. IPS provides the entire lifecycle of project services and operational expertise in the areas of technical and business consulting, architecture, engineering, procurement, project controls, construction management, and compliance to clients throughout the life sciences industry, from emerging start-ups to established biopharmaceutical companies.

Anton Knezovic brings more than a decade of human resource management to his new role at IPS. Mr. Knezovic possesses a unique combination of skills and experience that has enabled him to advance to leadership positions in labor relations and human resources for advanced biopharmaceutical organizations. At IPS, Mr. Knezovic will develop and maintain human resources strategies, procedures, and programs that link to business strategies and outcomes.
Georgeta Suta comes to IPS with nearly 20 years of experience. She is an expert in process management for talent acquisition and is recognized as a top North American recruiter in the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Ms. Suta specializes in developing programs that exceed hiring targets while maintaining an eye for diversity and inclusivity. She will leverage her expertise in strategic planning for recruitment campaigns to seek out new talent, bring them into the organization and empower them for success within its growing organization.
