IPS announces the appointment of Ms. Paula Casalino, P. Eng. as Vice President of their Canada Operations in Toronto, Ontario. Ms. Casalino is an established industry executive providing direct owner and operator experience that supports the vision and road map of IPS’ Canadian operation as a part of the company’s strategic global growth plan.
Ms. Casalino has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry in various leadership roles. In her most recent role as the North American Head of Engineering for
one of the world’s leading vaccine manufacturer, she was responsible for the region’s capital portfolio in excess of $200M/annually in CAPEX and OPEX. Throughout her career, she developed a culture of continuous improvement and realized many successes including receiving two Silver Chairman’s Awards for Health & Safety, implementing cost controls by reducing waste, and optimizing production capacity whereby she exceeded plant production record by 300%.
Having a distinguished background in a client’s organization, Ms. Casalino has the firsthand knowledge of the current challenges that IPS customers face today. This experience, coupled with her results-driven approach to project implementation, underpins IPS’ strategy and further positions IPS as the leader in technology and single-source EPCMV project delivery throughout the world, principally in the life sciences industry.
