Christian Panhans and Hermann Schilling Join IPS in Germany
- IPS Enhances its Global Capabilities with the Addition of a Recognized Project Manager and Process Engineer -
Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, September 3, 2020 – IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) services, is pleased to announce the addition of Christian Panhans and Hermann Schilling to its growing team in Germany. As IPS continues to expand its reach in Europe, it is critical to appoint dedicated and talented staff to reinforce IPS’ capability and commitment to providing business solutions to clients.
Mr. Panhans joins the team as the Regional Manager of our Nürnberg operations. He brings 22 years of extensive experience in the design and execution of CAPEX projects in the life sciences arena. His experience includes leading cross-functional teams; managing project scope, safety, quality, delivery and cost; creating high-performing teams; and problem solving. Mr. Panhans’ ability to build strong relationships and his strategic planning skills make him a valuable team asset throughout the project life cycle. His management of numerous projects focusing on pharmaceutical process development and implementation coincides well with IPS’ line of business and adds immediate value as IPS continues its growth in the region.
In Frankfurt, Mr. Schilling takes on the role of project manager and GMP consultant. Bringing over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he is an esteemed addition to the robust knowledge base of IPS subject matter expertise. He specializes in sterile and terminal sterilizable products and has a background working with the engineering of production facilities from all aspects of design and commissioning and qualification. His role as a project manager allowed him to lead complex project teams with individuals from a wide range of specialties. Mr. Schilling has excellent regulatory knowledge and has prepared many companies for government audits over his career.
