Gene brings over 25 years of experience in the management of capital projects for technically complex facilities. Since the 1990s, he has been exclusively involved with FDA-regulated manufacturing and development projects. His experience includes direction of project management, engineering, design, procurement, construction management, and qualification functions. He has managed numerous projects, from conceptual studies through large engineering, construction, and validation programs. His primary responsibility with IPS is the oversight of the company’s engineering and design services to deliver complete turn-key solutions for complex projects.
