Dianne has oversight over the global human resources team including talent acquisition, talent development, and organizational design. She brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the field of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Specific areas of expertise include executive leadership formation, workforce planning, and enterprise transformation.
Prior to joining IPS, she served as a Senior Global Director of Human Resources for a global chemical company. She realized many key accomplishments including the creation of a transverse HR network structure designed to leverage work processes and business expertise across all global regions. She also spearheaded a comprehensive sales and marketing excellence initiative that led to succession planning and the development of future business leaders, as well as the implementation of global best practices for the internationally matrixed organization.
