IPS-Integrated Project Services Ireland Ltd, a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) services, is pleased to announce the following senior appointments for IPS in Dublin Ireland.
Since the appointment of Peter Higgins in 2019 as Senior Director for Dublin Ireland, and due to the continued expansion of the Dublin office, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Kocikowski as Director of Design and Justin Cullen as Director of Architecture.
Mr. Peter Higgins, Senior Director, IPS EMEA, "We are delighted to have both Paul and Justin join our expanding EMEA team here in Dublin. Both bring a wealth of knowledge, leadership and years of experience to the team based in Parkwest. Over the past 2 years, our Ireland operation has grown in parallel with the IPS EMEA team to deliver full life cycle project services across EPCMV to our clients. Our culture of quality and flexibility to both our employees and clients has continued to foster our growth. Paul and Justin embrace these values and form part of the Senior Leadership Team based in Dublin and we are excited to welcome them to our team."
Paul Kocikowski brings to IPS over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. His roles included Project Manager, Design Manager and Construction Manager. Having worked on both Client Representative and as the Engineering Company PM/DM on high-profile projects in Ireland and Switzerland, Paul has an excellent understanding of what is required by all project stakeholders to successfully execute projects.
Justin Cullen joins IPS with over 20 years’ experience in the design and delivery of facilities for industrial clients. Justin‘s primary responsibility is to provide facilities which meet the client requirements. He is responsible for the full lifecycle of facility design, permitting and delivery, including master planning, feasibility studies, and interactions with statutory authorities, document production, procurement, site administration and completions. He has successfully provided Design Leader and Architectural services on Biologics, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device projects. His experience includes regulated cGMP facilities and laboratories, with Class 100 to Class 100,000 cleanrooms, as well as Process Architecture across Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical industries.
With the rapid growth of IPS' EMEA region, and in response to long-standing clients increasing demand for IPS expertise and full-service project delivery, we are further strengthening our presence in EMEA with these new appointments.
