IPS Innovation and Results
- As an active partner for a large, urban, 300-acre campus, we reduced energy consumption, lowered the carbon footprint and offered cost effective solutions that met project goals and objectives while positively impacting the University's primary mission of being a world leader in education.
- We renovated a 5,300sf building into a state-of-the-art Micro-Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) fabrication and research facility, one of the largest in the Southeast region.
- We provided design review and commissioning expertise for an Ivy League University; ensuring owner requirements were met while adhering to LEED and AAALAC guidelines, a comprehensive commissioning program was developed and implemented, thereby minimizing construction issues and fast, all-inclusive system testing and turnover.
