- Preconstruction for 10 MW solar project located in New Jersey.
- Incorporated roof-top solar PV system on a new, state-of-the-art, flexible cGMP manufacturing facility... reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 1.3M pounds/year and providing 12% of peak energy demand.
- As a Global Energy Partner for a major global pharmaceutical company, we assessed 6 manufacturing sites...identifying numerous ECOs...converting into annual energy savings in excess of $1MM at 2 sites.
- By applying detailed energy saving analysis and calculations, our client realized significant energy savings and was recognized for its commitment to clean energy with the 2008 New Jersey Clean Energy Business Leader of the Year Award.
- We designed a LEED Gold facility with advanced aseptic cGMP manufacturing capabilities and a LEED Silver animal facility.
